Profile Finder allows you to select any folder or profile (located in the Documents and Settings folder in Windows XP, or the Users folder in Windows Vista and Windows 7), and view the user history of it for all users of that PC. You can :
- See what files a user last searched for (e.g. *.jpg. *.pdf, etc.)
- See a list of the websites and day & time they were last visited. Double clicking on the site name will take you to that site to see what it’s about.
- Display the Recent Documents that were opened on the system. If they have not been deleted, you can open them right from within Profile Finder.
- Know what information is being tracked or saved when you are online. Profile Finder opens up the Cookies on the computer so you can take a look inside.
- Look at the Favorite or Bookmarked websites stored on the computer.
- View hidden files on your computer. Profile Finder will display all hidden user and system files.
- View pictures that were deleted from the computer by looking inside the Thumbs.db files.
